TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE (EN)

1. Purpose

These Terms and Conditions govern all sales made on the website www.cartajouer.com, operated by:

Placing an order implies full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

2. Products

Products offered for sale include:

  • single trading cards

  • sealed products (boosters, displays, boxes, etc.)

  • accessories related to trading card games

Images are for illustration purposes only. Single cards may vary in condition; the condition is specified on each product page.

3. Prices

Prices are displayed in euros (€), taxes included when applicable. Sole Proprietor: VAT not applicable – Article 293 B of the French Tax Code (except OSS EU cases).

Shipping fees are displayed before order confirmation.

Prices may be modified at any time, but orders are billed at the rate in effect at the time of purchase.

4. Orders

The customer must ensure that all information provided is accurate. CARTAJOUER cannot be held responsible for errors or incomplete information.

The order becomes final once payment is confirmed.

5. Payment

Accepted payment methods include:

  • credit/debit card

  • bank transfer

  • any other method listed on the website

Payment is due immediately upon ordering. In case of suspected fraud, CARTAJOUER reserves the right to cancel the order.

6. Shipping and delivery

Orders are shipped within an indicative timeframe of 24 to 72 business hours after payment.

Delivery times depend on the chosen carrier. CARTAJOUER cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the carrier.

In case of loss or damage, an investigation will be opened with the carrier.

7. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with EU consumer law, the customer has 14 days from receipt of the order to exercise the right of withdrawal, where applicable.

Exceptions: The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • single trading cards (individually selected items whose value depends on the market)

  • opened or unsealed products

  • products whose value fluctuates with the market (collectible cards)

  • customized or specifically prepared items

Sealed products may only be returned if they are unopened, intact and in their original packaging.

Customers wishing to exercise their right of withdrawal must contact CARTAJOUER by email at: reclamation@cartajouer.com Return instructions (address, order reference, conditions) will then be provided.

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

8. Returns, proof of return and refunds

Any return must be approved in advance by CARTAJOUER and sent to the address communicated by email.

The customer is fully responsible for the proper return of the parcel. Accordingly:

  • the return must be sent using a tracked shipping method (tracking number required)

  • the customer must keep the proof of posting, the tracking number and any official receipt issued by the carrier

  • the tracking number and proof of posting must clearly identify the return address provided by CARTAJOUER (destination address visible on the receipt, proof of posting or online tracking)

  • the parcel must be properly packaged and addressed to the exact address provided by CARTAJOUER

  • in case of loss, misdelivery or non‑delivery, the absence of proof of posting, valid tracking or a clear link between the tracking and the return address will prevent any refund

CARTAJOUER reserves the right to refuse any return:

  • sent without tracking

  • sent to an incorrect address

  • received damaged due to insufficient packaging

  • not complying with the announced return conditions (opened, incomplete, damaged, etc.)

When a return is accepted, the refund is issued within 14 days from receipt and inspection of the returned products. Initial shipping fees are not refunded, except in cases where the error is attributable to CARTAJOUER.

9. Compliance and claims

For missing, damaged, or non‑conforming products, the customer must contact CARTAJOUER within 48 hours of delivery.

10. Personal data

Customer data is used solely for order processing and handled in accordance with GDPR. See the Privacy Policy for details.

11. Intellectual property

All content on the website is protected by copyright. Card images and trademarks belong to their respective publishers.

12. Applicable law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law. In case of dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first. Failing that, French courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
