MANDATORY PRE‑CONTRACTUAL INFORMATION

In accordance with EU consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU), the customer acknowledges having been clearly informed of the following elements before placing any order:

Essential characteristics are indicated on each product page:

  • condition of single cards

  • contents of sealed products

  • descriptive visuals

  • available quantities

3. Price

Prices are displayed in euros (€), taxes included when applicable. Sole Proprietor: VAT not applicable – Article 293 B of the French Tax Code (except OSS EU cases).

Shipping fees are displayed before order confirmation.

4. Shipping fees and delivery methods

Available delivery methods, their costs and estimated delivery times are displayed before checkout.

5. Payment methods

Accepted payment methods include:

  • credit/debit card

  • bank transfer

  • other methods listed on the website

Payment is due immediately.

6. Right of withdrawal

The customer has 14 days to exercise the right of withdrawal, where applicable.

Legal and contractual exceptions:

  • single trading cards

  • opened or unsealed products

  • products whose value fluctuates with the market

  • customized or specially prepared items

Sealed products must be returned unopened and intact.

7. Return conditions

The customer must:

  • obtain prior approval from CARTAJOUER

  • use a tracked shipping method

  • provide an official proof of posting

  • ensure the tracking clearly identifies the return address provided by CARTAJOUER

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

8. Legal guarantees

The seller applies the legal guarantees:

  • conformity guarantee (EU consumer law)

  • hidden defects guarantee (French Civil Code)

9. Personal data

Data is processed in accordance with GDPR. See the Privacy Policy.

10. Contract archiving

Orders over €120 (incl. tax) are archived for 10 years. A copy may be requested at: infos@cartajouer.com
