RETURN & REFUND POLICY
(Short version – Consistent with Terms & Conditions)
Returns accepted under conditions
Returns are accepted only after prior approval from CARTAJOUER. For any return request, please contact: infos@cartajouer.com
No return should be sent without prior validation.
Eligible products
Sealed products
Sealed items may be returned only if unopened, intact and in their original packaging.
Non‑eligible products
In accordance with the law and our Terms & Conditions, returns are not accepted for:

single trading cards (individually selected items)
-
opened or unsealed products
-
products whose value fluctuates with the market (collectible cards)
-
customized or specially prepared items
Withdrawal period
For eligible products, you have 14 days from receipt to exercise your right of withdrawal.
Mandatory proof of return
The customer is responsible for the return and must provide:

a valid tracking number
-
an official proof of posting issued by the carrier
-
a document clearly identifying the return address provided by CARTAJOUER (address visible on the receipt, proof of posting or online tracking)
Any return without proof of posting or without a clear link between the tracking and the return address cannot be refunded.
Condition of the product
Returned products must be:

in their original condition
-
properly protected
-
complete and undamaged
Any product received damaged, incomplete or opened will be refused.
Refund
After receiving and inspecting the returned product:

refunds are issued within 14 days
-
initial shipping fees are not refunded (except in case of CARTAJOUER’s error)
-
return shipping costs remain the customer’s responsibility
